Terms of Service
What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how either side ends it.

These terms govern your use of the Track Your Invoice website, web application and iOS app (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. The Service is built for businesses and self-employed people to track expenses and invoice clients; it is not a consumer banking, accounting-advice or tax-filing product.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you invite other people into a company workspace, you are responsible for what they do there too.
Your data is yours
You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service — expenses, invoices, clients, receipts. You grant us only the permission needed to run the Service for you: to store that content, process it (including sending receipt images to our OCR provider, as described in the Privacy Policy), and send the invoices and reminders you ask us to send. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train our own models.
What you must not do
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, or to invoice or chase people who have no business relationship with you.
- Upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to upload.
- Attempt to access another company’s data, probe or disrupt the Service, or work around its access controls. Good-faith security research reported to us privately is welcome and does not count.
- Resell the Service as your own.
Invoices and payment chasing
The Service sends invoices and automated payment reminders to recipients you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of those invoices and for having a legitimate reason to email each recipient. We send what you tell us to send.
Paid plans
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout, renewing until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods. If we change pricing we will tell you before it affects your renewal.
Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may take it down for maintenance. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
It is a record-keeping tool, not an accountant. Nothing in it is tax, accounting or legal advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your own books and filings.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. The Service lets you export your records; please use it.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app or on the web — see the Privacy Policy for what that removes. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email before they take effect, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
